Carpe Diem! Seize 1-11-11

Today's truisms are all about living for today. What a cool date it is...1-11-11! I feel so strongly that keeping things simply is focusing on today, not living in the past, and not worrying about the future. Dreaming? Yes! But, that should not equal stressing out!

I so often feel like I am running a crazy rat-race, and I need to stop and breathe.
