Something that makes me go...Hmmmmm

     Recently I have the experience of being in a court and going through a legal process.
     It's always interesting, but I think what surprises me the most is how people can outright LIE and think they won't get caught? Why would you put something in writing and swear it's the truth (and also allow others to do so on your behalf), and then think that nothing will happen?!
     I guess that could be ego? Not sure. Whatever it is...I'm baffled.
